ZONE A
Zone A presents an ideal canvas for the creation of a hotel and spa, offering not only a breathtaking skyline but also a plethora of amenities. The envisioned establishment will seamlessly integrate hiking trails, a sky lift, water slides, camping facilities, jet skiing, and more across its expansive grounds. Moreover, dedicated sections within the development site will cater to event needs, featuring an amphitheatre and versatile event spaces suitable for weddings or corporate gatherings.
ZONE B
"While the zone boasts favourable soil quality and topography, leveraging river water for irrigation proves to be an efficient strategy. Furthermore, tapping into the high groundwater potential and implementing groundwater irrigation, especially in conjunction with Vertical Tower Farming, can significantly boost vegetable yields. Prioritising irrigation for vegetables while also enhancing cassava and tomato production and processing underscores agricultural sustainability. Integrating solar energy into the project development would reduce dependence on the grid for electricity, further enhancing sustainability. Additionally, this zone offers promising opportunities for pharmaceutical development and processing, thereby enriching its economic landscape."
